THE TRUE COST OF FOOD

In our video talk on the “True Cost of Food”, we will dive into aspects that need to be considered to make our food industry truly sustainable. Surprisingly, this extends beyond things that most people usually think of such as buying regional food to lower transportation. This short video presentation and discussion hopes to inspire people to rethink what makes a food sustainable on various level and gives a short introduction on how different daily food items compare in terms of “true cost” for the environment.
