The first Swiss Sustainability Week will soon begin! There will be over 100 events and discussions at more than 20 universities throughout Switzerland to show that we can work together to create a more sustainable and viable Switzerland. All of these events are free of charge and open to the public. In just a few months of planning time about 300 motivated students have managed to put this gigantic project together. We thank everyone for their unbelievable dedication and hard work.

This event will be held in English.

Former Vice President Al Gore will be giving a personal video message in which he will address this student engagement and the sustainability movement as a whole. He might even join us via Skype so check it out!
Furthermore the renowned ecological economist apl. Prof. Dr. Niko Paech will inaugurate the first Swiss Sustainability Week on-site. He will talk about post-growth economics, sufficiency and a holistic concept of sustainability, sharing his ideas leading to a long-term sustainable society. Followed by an apéro riche.
